Out Of My Mind-Back In 5 Minutes

 Maybe...
Back to Full Blog

Well, they have identified the gunman from the Virginia Tech killings.
He was a student there. He was not an illegal immigrant as one of the first reports stated but a legal resident who came from Korea in 1992. It was fairly easy for him to buy the guns he used in the killings but it seems the authorities are trying to find a motive except that he might have "hated rich kids". I guess it really doesn't matter that much now. All the theories and opinions won't bring back the 32 people he killed.

You know doctors, psychiatrists, whoever are always talking after a tragedy like this about how they have to study the whole situation so something like this will never happen again. Well, this isn't the first or even second time something like this has happened. And all they are all still talking!

I don't know if the easy availability of the guns he used was the main culprit here. He could have gotten guns illegally too I suppose but what drives a person to do such a thing and no one seems to have an inkling about it until after it happens?

Maybe we'll never know...
